BASICS
My name is Rory Flanagan, and I’m at McKinley as a foreign exchange student. Before I moved, I lived in Derry, Northern Ireland. I’m currently stayin’ at the home of the lovely Miss Brittany S. Pierce. I email with my brother, Seamus, often, and me and my mommy call each other all the time. Despite my birthplace, I am not a leprechaun and I do not grant wishes. Cut me some slack when it comes t’a dancin’, as I cannot dance t’a save my life (although I’ve been told my eyebrows have some great moves).
When I was little, my mommy always entered me in singin’ competitions and talent shows. I won a few of ‘em. I sing at Mass every Sunday. I’m really into big band music, such as Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble.
I think the style of music that best fits me voice is swing and big band. I tried out an old American pop song one time, and… it didn’t go too well (funny how one word can change the entire way a song comes across, eh?). My voice is pretty deep for a fifteen year old, but I can still get into a falsetto. Music is my passion. I don’t think I could live without it, ya know?
Even though I’ve lived in Ireland, I’ve always loved America. Now that I got here, some of my favorites are probably NASCAR, your half-black president Mr. Barack Obama, and Victoria’s Secret catalogs.
I’m an Old Soul, but I can also be a bit naive, especially when it comes t’a love (and yer American slang language). I’m currently in a relationship with the amazin’ Sam Evans.

That’s all ya need to start off knowin’ about me, Rory Flanagan!
